Brief History
PT Prima Yasa Eduka (PT PYE) was established on 27 July 2001 by Notarial Deed No. 5 of Lita Deriana, S.H. Founders included Setyo Riyanto and Trijadi Juliarti. The company deed was last amended by Notarial Deed No. 11 dated 29 October 2018 by Notary Deasy Witanti Kusumaningtyas, S.H., SpN.
Ownership Development
Initially the company was owned by its founders, who aspired to grow it in training and management consulting. 2008 was a pivotal year when ownership changed 100% from individuals to organisations, encouraged by the then President Director of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), Mr Hana Suryana. Today 99% of PT PYE shares are held by Yayasan Pendidikan Bhakti Pos Indonesia (YPBPI) and 1% by the YPBPI Employee Cooperative.
Operational Status
As a YPBPI business unit, PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) seconds several of its employees — particularly for key positions at PT Prima Yasa Eduka — under assignment status. Other positions are held by professionals to safeguard business continuity.
Synergy & Ecosystem
PT Prima Yasa Eduka is currently the only YPBPI business unit in synergy with PT LSP IND (Logistik Indonesia) and with Politeknik Pos Indonesia and STIMLOG — now merged into Universitas Logistik dan Bisnis Internasional (ULBI) — as a centre of excellence. This linkage underpins the company’s business concept.
Platform Partnership
The PRIME Talenta platform is a white-label collaboration between Matradhika and the Pos Indonesia Group, covering Pos Indonesia, POSFIN, Pos Logistics, ULBI, and DTU.
