The platform is provided for legitimate recruitment, assessment, and HR development purposes. Misusing the platform for illegal purposes, manipulating assessment results, or harming others is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content, assessment instruments, and platform design are the property of PT Prima Yasa Eduka and/or its partners. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Accounts and Responsibility
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials and the accuracy of data provided. Organisers (tenants) are responsible for the selection policies they run on the platform.
Standing of Assessment Results
Assessment results are one input for decision-making, not the sole basis. Online registration and test-taking provide attribution and process monitoring, not an absolute identity guarantee.
