We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022.

Data Processing Roles

For participant data in recruitment/assessment programs, the organising company (tenant) acts as data controller; PRIME Talenta (PT Prima Yasa Eduka / Matradhika) acts as platform provider and data processor. For portal account data, we act as data controller.

Data We Collect

  • Basic identity: name, email address, and contact details you provide.
  • Profile & CV data uploaded for applications (recruitment programs only).
  • Assessment responses and processed scores from the PRIME assessment engine.
  • Session metadata: timing, duration, and technical records.
  • Consent records: time and version of the consent you gave.

Purpose of Processing

Data is used to run the selection/assessment process you participate in, produce reports for the organiser, and for legitimate platform administration. Assessment results are advisory by default — not the sole basis for decisions. Raw psychometric scores are not disclosed to participants; they are decision data belonging to the organiser.

Storage, Residency & Security

Portal data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the Jakarta, Indonesia region, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). Assessment-taking is processed by the PRIME assessment engine on partner infrastructure; only pseudonymous references (never name/email) cross systems. Data between companies is strictly isolated at the database level (row-level security).

Automated Document Processing (Optional)

With your separate, recorded explicit consent, application documents (CV) may be processed automatically by an AI model to draft your profile and run consistency checks. Results are advisory — you review before saving, and selection decisions remain human-made. Processing may occur on partner infrastructure abroad with a guarantee that data is not used to train models. Identity documents (KTP) are never processed automatically. Each processing event is audit-logged and its results are deleted on purge.

Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to processing at any time.
  • Deletion is permanent (hard delete) and provable via purge logs.
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
